Reassessment references an existing Fact and sends supplemental HTTPS URLs. This is not a validator appeal button.
Contract truth
A new unresolved attempt may leave a previous canonical TRUE or FALSE in place.
Integration note
After finalization, re-read the Fact and keep canonical/latest panels separate.
