Fact specification
A precise fact starts with a bounded, human-readable claim.
Accepted fields
- subject, predicate, and optional object_value define the semantic claim.
- qualifiers and temporal scope the question.
- description cannot override template rules or source policy.
- mutability is IMMUTABLE or MUTABLE_WITH_TTL.
Contract truth
Field order and serialization belong to the shared protocol client; the contract remains authoritative.
